Neural Octane explores high-performance automotive environments through an industrial-organizational psychology lens. Content spans from personal vlogs, podcasts with a wide range of guests, and structured analysis articles. Our main focus is on team dynamics, operational systems, and decision-making under pressure. We will also extend beyond its core, exploring new perspectives, gaining broader insight, and approaching our content with creativity.

 

The Founder

Neural Octane was founded by Sydney Costello, an industrial-organizational psychology student at San Diego State University. She operates within competitive engineering environments through Aztec Electric Racing and Aztec Baja Racing, while also working in the luxury automotive sector at O’GARA Coach in La Jolla, with exposure to Lamborghini, McLaren, Rolls-Royce, and Aston Martin.

 

Through Neural Octane, she translates these environments into applied industrial-organizational psychology and content creation.
